Document your days

So if you’ve seen my instagram feed, then you’ll know that my husband is now a third year surgical resident. And apparently, being considered as a ‘senior’ gives you a lot more freedom!

He woke up this morning and said, ‘my tooth hurts. I think I need a root canal, can you call the dentist?’. And so I made an appointment for him mid morning and I texted him and said that’s the only opening and was worried that he wouldn’t be able to leave work to come but instead he said, ‘okay, I’ll be there!’

So he was able to get other residents to cover his case, and he went to the dentist and just kinda stayed home today! πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I have been talking to him a lot more about my blog and the direction I want it to go to and the changes that I’m making to it. He told me, ‘it doesn’t matter if you become successful or not, I think you’ll appreciate it in the long run regardless because you are documenting our days’ 😍😍

And he is so right!! My blog will forever be on the internet and perhaps baby Jax will read it one day!

I have some very exciting news to share with you guys soon! It is not quite ready yet but I am very excited about it and I’m looking forward to the changes! I think you’ll feel the same ❀️❀️

I challenge you to do the same, whether it be a blog or a diary or a photo album or scrapbook. Document your days so your children can see it some day! Or maybe even grandchildren! 😝😝 πŸ’›πŸ’œπŸ’š
